Does someone need to run the selfie pod?
No — the Digital Experience is unattended and runs itself once we have set it up. Print and Signature include an attendant throughout the hire.
How do guests get their photos?
Guests receive digital files instantly by text, email, AirDrop or QR code, and you receive an online gallery after the event.
How much space does the setup need?
Allow roughly 2m × 2m of clear floor space, ideally with a plug socket within 5m. Setups with a backdrop or flower wall also need around 2.4m of ceiling height. If your venue is tight on space, message us before booking.
Is travel included?
Travel is included up to 30 minutes from our Knottingley base. Journeys of 31–45 minutes add £25 and 46–60 minutes add £50. For venues more than an hour away, please get in touch — we may be able to help depending on location, date and availability, with a bespoke travel quote.
How do I book?
Choose your date and package online. You can pay the booking payment shown on the package and settle the balance 14 days before your event, or pay in full at checkout — Klarna is available on eligible pay-in-full bookings.
