Capture & Co. Event Hire is based in Knottingley, near Pontefract, and provides photo booth and selfie pod hire throughout West Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
Travel is priced by drive time from our base, so you can see exactly what applies to your venue before you book.
How is travel priced?
Travel is calculated from your venue postcode during online booking:
- Up to 30 minutes from Knottingley — included
- 31–45 minutes — £25 travel charge
- 46–60 minutes — £50 travel charge
- Over 60 minutes — please enquire for a bespoke quote
Towns and cities we regularly cover
Being on the edge of West Yorkshire, close to the A1 and M62, puts a wide area within easy reach. Towns close to our base, such as Knottingley, Pontefract, Castleford and Selby, typically fall within the included 30-minute radius.
Wakefield and much of Leeds are usually a short drive away, and we also travel south to Doncaster. Exact charges depend on your venue, so the booking page confirms the travel fee for your postcode before you pay.

What we bring to your venue
Wherever your event is, every booking includes delivery, setup and collection. We work with village halls, hotels, wedding venues, pubs, marquees and homes — all we need is around 2m × 2m of clear floor space, ideally near a plug socket.

Is travel included?
Travel is included up to 30 minutes from our Knottingley base. Journeys of 31–45 minutes add £25 and 46–60 minutes add £50. For venues more than an hour away, please get in touch — we may be able to help depending on location, date and availability, with a bespoke travel quote.
Can you come to my venue if it is outside West Yorkshire?
Often, yes. Venues within an hour of Knottingley can be booked online. For anything further, contact us with your date and venue and we will confirm availability and travel.
