Cancellation
- 30+ days before: up to the Booking Fee
- 14–29 days before: up to 50% of the booking value
- 7–13 days before: up to 75% of the booking value
- Less than 7 days before: up to 100% of the booking value
Charges reflect our reasonable losses — you are never charged more than the booking value.
Rescheduling
14+ days before your event you may request one date transfer, subject to availability, within 12 months. Under 14 days we will move it where we reasonably can, otherwise the cancellation policy may apply.
